Artwork

Mutant

  • Mikayel Harutyunyan

Promotional material for Atif Akin’s exhibition at The Elsie B. Rosefsky Memorial Art Gallery. Includes a trifold flyer and a 11x17 poster. The cover image, a screenshot from “Mutant Space” by Atif Akin, is used to show the Virtual Reality section of the exhibition, as well as the photographs which were to be presented. The exhibition, centering around the theme of nuclear waste, required the viewer to feel the powerful energy. The inside of the trifold, as well as the promotional posters use small text and a big, black, empty space which gives the exhibition a grandiose feeling. When the trifold is opened up, the design is a continuous image. The trifold and poster were created using Adobe InDesign.
