Dual language flip-style standard annual calendar detailing the year of 2019. Each month features an abstracted illustration of a prominent seasonal flower or plant that is often associated with the month in Japanese culture.
This project in particular is dedicated to my grandmother, who is particularly fond of illustrative calendars.
The curriculum offers a strong foundation in the creation, history and theory of the visual arts and design, preparing students for professional careers and graduate studies. Students receive individualized attention from faculty who are committed to teaching excellence in traditional practices, expanded media and trans-disciplinary approaches to art, that emphasizes experimentation, problem-solving and collaboration.
